1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to ileader.ai, the website of Besage.ai, Inc. It covers the forms on this site and the analytics that run on it.
It does not cover the iLeader app. Your account, your conversations with the AI coach, your goals, and your progress are governed by the App Privacy Policy, available at ileader.ai/app-privacy. If your organization gave you access to iLeader, that is the document that applies to your coaching.
2. Information You Give Us
We only collect what a form asks for. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not ask for payment details here.
Contact Form: Your name, email address, organization (optional), the type of inquiry, and your message.
Partner Application: Your name, email address, organization and role, the type of organization, the number of people you would coach, your region, the outcomes you are after, the languages you need, an optional budget range, and how you heard about us.
Book List: Your email address, and nothing else. The sign-up on The Last Human Coach page asks for one field on purpose.
Technical Details Attached to a Submission: When a form is submitted we also record the time, the language version of the site you used, your browser's user-agent string, and the IP address the request came from. We keep these to tell real submissions from automated ones and to diagnose delivery problems.
3. Information Collected Automatically
On our production site we run two analytics services. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and record standard technical information — pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type.
PostHog: Product analytics. We use it to understand how visitors move through the site and where they lose interest. Events sent from this website are tagged so they stay distinguishable from events generated inside the iLeader app.
Google Analytics 4: Audience and campaign measurement, including the performance of our advertising. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Neither tool is loaded on preview or local builds, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles about identified individuals on this site. You can limit or block both through your browser's cookie controls, a tracking blocker, or Google's opt-out browser add-on.
4. How We Use It
To Answer You: We use what you send through the contact form to reply to your inquiry and route it to the right person on our team.
To Evaluate a Partnership: Partner applications are reviewed by our team to assess fit, prepare a proposal, and follow up with you about it.
To Send What You Asked For: If you joined the book list, we email you about The Last Human Coach. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link.
To Improve the Site: Analytics tell us which pages work and which do not, in aggregate. We use that to decide what to write, fix, and remove.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
5. Where It Goes
Contact and partner submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and copied into a private Google Sheet that our team uses to review and follow up. Book-list sign-ups go to that spreadsheet only — there is no second copy.
Access is limited to the Besage.ai team members who handle inquiries, partnerships, and the book list.
Service Providers: We rely on a small set of processors to run this site: Vercel for hosting, Google Cloud and Google Workspace for storage, PostHog and Google Analytics for measurement, and an email provider to reply to you. They process the information on our instructions and may store it outside your country, including in the United States.
Legal Requests: We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our people, or the security of our services.
6. How Long We Keep It
Contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards as a record of the conversation. Partner applications are kept while the opportunity is open and for our commercial records. Book-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention period for our account.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Access, Correction, Deletion: You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address at the end of this policy and we will act on it.
Unsubscribe: Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or write to us. It takes effect for all of our marketing email, not just the message you clicked from.
Cookies and Tracking: Your browser's settings, a tracking blocker, or a Global Privacy Control signal will limit what our analytics can measure. The site works without them.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA — including the right to object to processing, to request a copy of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us and we will honor them.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, submissions travel encrypted, and the systems that hold them are access-controlled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take this seriously we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This site is meant for professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our pages link to other websites, including research publications and our partners. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The current version is the one posted on this page, and we encourage you to check it from time to time.
12. Contact Us
